Mike and Anita are members of HillBilly Ghosthunters. They live in North Wilkesboro NC. They have lived in this location for almost 5 years. They bought the land and had a brand new double wide put on the land. They do not know the history of the land except the past owner who sold it to them. Anita is doing some research as we speak! They have discovered a place on their land what appears to be where an old homestead used to stand. In the spring there are several different plants that bloom there such as daffodils and other flowers.

The trouble started almost as soon as they moved in. Anita and Mike both have heard children laughing and talking when there is none to be seen. All sorts of things that go bump in the night. The house stays cold even though the heat is on. They have recorded EVP on their video camera. We all have taken numerous pictures that have weird things in them. With digital cameras and standard 35 mm. Mike shot some footage of the house inside of an orb like ball that goes through the wall in the living room.

I myself have witnessed the strange sounds in their house. I was laid up at their place for 2 weeks in May  in 2004 after I broke my leg after falling from a ladder. I stayed in their guest bedroom because I was unable to get around good on crutches yet and their double wide is made like a split level house. I was NOT going to go up and down steps by myself. They could not set my leg for 2 weeks afterwards due to swelling and to be very honest with you I was quit content laying in the bed drugged up. I was in some major pain. Mike and Barry (my hubby) was working somewhere in town on a roofing job and Anita would leave to go to work on night shift at the Lowes Company there in town. I would be there all by myself. On several occasions I would hear children out side my window and I would look and there would be no one there. I also heard the front door open and hear someone walk in. I would lay there in the bed waiting for someone to come in and check on me ....and no one would show up! I knew I was not alone. It was kind of freaky though cause no matter how scared I got I could not get out if I had wanted to LOL.
