Back To Historic PagePlease be aware that these pages will load slow. I did not downsize the pictures much as I did not want to take away from the photos. Please be patient !In August 2005 some of the team members visited Gettysburg PA for a week long investigation. They came back with some great photos .
During the Civil War at Gettysburg it is important to note that during the 3 days of battle that there was 51,000 men killed, wounded or missing.
At Gettysburg on July 1,2 and 3rd 1863, more men actually fought and more men died than in any battle before or since one North American Soil.
The Farnsworth House
The above picture was taken at the Farnsworth House going down the steps. The only 2 people that was there was my Mom who was standing by Anita . They swear there was no one in the door way when Anita snapped this picture.
I equalized this pic...my first impression was that this was a person with slacks and tennis shoes on. Then I noticed something real odd...from the angle of this picture the person looks like they are floating about 2 to 3 ft off the ground...and their legs are contorted toward the bottom. Some one suggested that theythought this was a lady in period clothes with maybe a petticoat peeking out at the bottom. This is an odd photo regardless. I have been in touch with the tour guide to see if I can get a comparison picture from this angle in the stairs in the day time.
The Ball Field
The above picture was taken by my Mom with a Polaroid 35mm. The camera is just a basic point and shoot with 400 iso film. She and Anita said at the time this picture was snapped that there was an overwhelming smell of lavender. It seemed to burst out in front of them.
These 2 pictures was taken directly after the ORB picture above when the lavender scent was strong. This is not hair Mom has very short hair. Also anyone in our group who uses a camera with a camera strap attached they wrap the strap around their wrist to ensure that it does not interfere with the picture. If it was a strap of some sort it would not be bent around in such odd angles. The negative shows the area in question as well ! What ever it was it wanted Mom and Anita to know it was there. Pretty cool capture if you ask me !
The majority of the orbs in the pic above is dust...due to the gravel parking lot.
